others go extra miles
meeting a request such
wherein Kitt did for me
requesting an old cert
into the attic of time
page by page turning
able to provide for me
information so needed
thus thanking her today
grateful for such a one
professional and caring
going extra miles now
friends though strangers
thanking her today!
