within the eyes and heart
warming all those about
showing concern for all
meeting Stacey just today
watching her inter-act
with fellow employees
giving attention to guests
sharing friendship’s smile
one that came from within
ever so warm and bright!

Making me feel at home
relaxed atmosphere about
offering a high five or hug
taking the high five (smile)
making the routine varied
allowing personal sharing
then deep thoughts came
knowledge shared each
lessons learned in age
all begun with a high five
and of course maybe a hug!

professional but secure
checking in other guests
while partaking with her eyes
each with deep concern

inviting guest to vacation
