How much sacrifice is needed

what will awaken American’s

our nation being destroyed

being done from within today

slowly eroding virtue/honor

replaced with greed and lies

beguiling in the name made

‘hope and change’ to worsen

is it all to be in vain our service

the building up of freedoms

the great sacrifices of many

each war fought to preserve

now a paper war to delete

leaders who deny our God

preferring theirs instead

filth, bile, manure, lusts

smiling with the media

this Memorial Day the last

or can this nation endure

the deceits of government

seeking to dismantle freedom

bowing to the worldly tyrants

having already surrendered

while American’s jeered

and others at the Mall

what will awaken America

much more sacrifices needed!
