Slowly
the sun sinks away
falling
behind the horizon
as if
some magic preformed
each
day and every day
finding
as age fades away
memory
and reasoning
resilience
and endurance
much as
the coast line
slashed
by waves of sea
storms
in river beds torn
we whitherest
away inside!
