We are
but one nation
many cultures
only one
ideas
and dreams alike
where
one seeks good
wanting
others to do well
seeking
peace and quiet
raising
a family secure
holding
fast to the truth;
Yet
mixed up we find today
teaching
racism to divide
rioting
and contentions
seeking
failure for others
selfishness
and greed
destruction
of any dreams
many cultures
of hatred
no
longer just one nation;
One
nation under God
one flag
and not many
God, Family,
Nation
Freedom
for all as one
decrying
evil when found
truth-telling
to promote
love of
God and others
One
nation undivided!
