RE: Huge Dinosaurs Flee Rising Waters of Noah’s Flood in Australia – Creation Revolution
From time to time evidence appears and then is stuffed away in a corner – as being non-politically correct.  When this happens – misinformation is disseminated rather than actual facts.  Many then blame this theory or that book or this person as the blame for this happening.  It is my contention that each and every person is accountable and responsible for what they choose to believe in their lives.  To blame someone else is to abdicate the agency given to each of us in our Mortality First Aid Kit when we left the presence of our Heavenly Father to sojourn on this earth.  When one abdicates their agency – then they empower another to run their lives – either for good or bad – or mostly for the selfish interests of the one who is working the controls.  Darwin is at the center of this blame game – but how many even know who he was or have read his books?  On the other hand many blame God – again without having read the Scriptures or studied them out in their hearts.  Reading here and there and what others have written is not the same and never will be.  Spencer W. Kimball – likened the writings of men to that of the Father or Son (or their servants) as the water which has passed through the barn yard of life.  These writings can become so polluted that one will struggle to understand – which is why one needs to stay with the primary source material in their lives.

We can't really blame Darwin - he went with what he had to deal with - a father who's teachings didn't make sense (he was a minister) - raised and sent to various denominational school - best friend was another minister - and none made any sense to him and they couldn't answer his questions.  He was quite brilliant - was not a hedonist - had a wonderful family - and was exposed to the best in Europe Social Strata and then went for a voyage on a ship which visited places he'd only heard of.  He compared one with the other - saw the apes and other animals - saw the abject poverty and the savages of some islands (or to him savages).  Islanders tend to get upset when foreigners land - cheat you in trade - rape your women - kill your men - and then return to think they can do it again.

He put forth a theory - evolution - in his own book and with those he worked he said he couldn't prove it - but when Spencer added in the Survival of the Fittest - the theory was doomed to survive!  England and Europe at the time was one of the haves and the have-nots - they loved it (the haves).

Those who feel there is no longer a need for God - men/women are smarter and have greater wisdom (ask them) - and that the moral codes were simply a way to control groups of people to be subordinate to ruling class - remember it was the ruling classes - wealthy families - who imported religion and those who were to preach - paid them well and set up their gospel (philosophy mixed with about 5% scripture) that set the stage for selfishness - self-gratification - and ignorance of the literal meaning of the Scriptures.

Darwin and many others of the very intelligent (genius) of history have always rejected organized religion of men/women - many were burned at the stake (Wycliffe/Hess/Tyndale) - many were banished (Hutchinson) and who knows how many men/women/children were burned or killed simply for having a copy of the Scriptures.  Indeed - Augustine approved the killing (murder) of those who still clung to the early teachings of Jesus, Peter, James and Paul (as well as all of the Apostles and Seventy).  At least 150,000 were killed/murdered in the Northern countries of Europe.  The Spanish Inquisition eliminated thousands more.  And we see in our newspapers Christians being murdered through-out the nations of the world - either physically or emotionally.

One must understand if Islam or extremists have their way, all but themselves whether believers or not are to be converted or killed/murdered in this life.  The TV, movies, music, media and any other noise makers (educators) all proclaim to our population - especially our youth - denigration of values, virtue, morals, truth-telling, and anything of being good instead of traipsing off to Babylon. The Pied Piper had nothing on what we are seeing today in the way of leading others astray.

Darwin was simply a tool - being used by others (minions of the adversary) to accomplish the goal of selfishness and that of freely giving up their agency to choose right or wrong.  Someone else will do or has done it for them.  We call them dictatorships, large government, kings or queens, rulers who take away individual accountability and responsibility.  Sadly, many like the idea of a six-pack, Sunday football, ignoring the Ten Commandments and all other Commandments - to be free to do what they want - when they want  - as long as they don't violate men/women laws.  They don't need any of God's advice or direction, except as mixed with philosophy and rhetoric.  One cannot blame Darwin for all of this - as many if not the larger percentage of those who follow after evolution have never read his book (or follow-up) which puts them in good company as many who say they are Christian have never read the Scriptures fully and regularly to understand what they literally say.  When I was growing up in the 1950's - one could be excommunicated from the church I was raised in for reading the Bible - you could own one but not read it.  At the age of 11 I obtained permission from the parish priest to read it - would guess they thought I would not do so.  Read it fully - Geneses to Revelations!  I won't say I understood it - but there was enough there to help me understand what was being taught - and that the creed (which we had to memorize) didn't make any sense.  Can I blame Darwin for this - I'm sure he encountered the same if not harsher findings.

Today we've a population - that if you asked them what they believed - and what they are supposed to believe - many would not have the two as one answer.  Why - most in common sense believe the Bible - however, when they look at the written beliefs of their various faiths many are in direct contradiction and/or varied from what the Scriptures literally teach.  When one adds to the rhetoric of what is taught in the schools, media, movies, TV or music - then one can understand fully the developed lack of interest by a majority of the population (especially in free nations) about religion.  When there is no common sense - no simplicity of understanding - then there is found confusion and contention (attributes of the adversary).  To be politically correct one must then follow the crowd as lemmings to the malls, theaters, music concerts, bars, sporting events and even to voting for the one's who'll give them the most with the least effort from them.  En mass is a society buried and burned - when the Savior was alive - masses flocked to him - but where were these masses when the enjoined masses were crying, "Crucify him, crucify him!"  They were silent - it has always been the case, those who follow the Savior and the Saviors appointed are always found to join – one at a time – a family here or there – very seldom do they join en mass – for the Saviors Church is the hardest Church in the world to be a member because your covenants are with Heavenly Father and eternal!  When our sons were younger – they would come to their mother or I and ask to do this or that.  We’d direct them to talk with Heavenly Father in personal prayer – because for what they were asking they had covenanted with him and not us to obey.  Smile, they would say that wasn’t fair – but acknowledge that is was more than fair.

Doctrine and Covenants 121:34 Behold, there are many called, but few are chosen. And why are they not chosen?  35 Because their hearts are set so much upon the things of this world, and aspire to the honors of men, …” If one cannot put the worldly aside they cannot fully be a member or a follower of the Father and the Son!  Yes, one has to work – earn a living – eat – sleep – but one can do all of this and still uphold the standards of their covenants with the Father and obey all of the Commandments.  Men/women teach that this isn’t needful – and one can violate this or that and Father won’t care – one would guess then that the Father is a changeable God – and this is false doctrine – for God is not Changeable – he is perfect – and a changeable God would cause confusion and contention (again the adversary).

What more can be said – Darwin was but a tool to beguile the masses into believing what they wanted to believe or better not believe.  Sadly, as a result – even those who want to know, understand, find the truth – are left in the cold – with the teachings of men/women mingled with Scriptures.  Afraid to ask – afraid to do as James and others have directed – afraid of offending family, friends, and in one case I know not wanting to give up their sporting events on the Sabbath. At what point do we stop blaming another and accept what we do as what we want to do – for our own reasons?  How do we stand when acknowledging that what we do is because of what we want to do – what we say – what we desire – what we want – who we are – instead of blaming another?  If one wants to believe that we descended from the beasts of the field – and that our animal instincts cannot be controlled and must be fulfilled (Kinsey and Freud) then so be it – but don’t blame Darwin or anyone else – look inside and see what you’ve become.  The same is true of those who chose to be obedient to the Commandments of a loving Heavenly Father – knowing and understanding each is a child of God – with divine traits and potentials!  We are either one or the other – and the only way to Zion is to choose to be a Child of God – and follow His Son.  c/ork

Huge waves gathering afar
knowing headed our way
do we ignore and still play
and pretend stuck in tar;

Blaming terror of the waves
freezing us unable to move
hoping another to approve
or seeking refuge in caves;

Yet reason tells us to leave
get far away as we are able
to a place safe and stable
to our family thus to cleave;

Are we not self-responsible
to choose right or wrong
in God’s truth to be strong
in agency self-accountable!
