Allowed to be out and about in the day

While again at night to be locked away;

 

Captured only to indentured to others

Separated from your sisters/brothers;

 

Seemingly free to believe able to run

But chained by the laws taught as fun;

 

Free-falling in dreams into the nights

Missing all even in the bright lights;

 

Seemingly free with the world to be part

While illusions and beguiled now an art!
