prisoners unable to contain this day

either side unwilling to reconsider

‘no quarter*’ will be given or asked;

 

Each army victory forever tasked

Satan in all war the highest bidder

quick ends each soldier did pray

knowing there would be no capture!

 

*Actually there were some POW’s

but most unaccountable
