Much anticipated was this day

off with the old boot now to play;

 

My sister in North Carolina happy

now she can do a jig quite snappy;

 

No longer the anchor upon her foot

no more stumbling from underfoot;

 

Walking again in a natural cadence

once more renewed confidence!
