(Part I)
In each desperate step
we take into the night
for each stretch of
ground
our moon shadow passes
we so dearly have to
pay;
For each grain of
knowledge
we so eagerly seek
after
from hidden corners
and faraway hills
valleys
another mountain we
must climb;
For each question we
answer
completely or just in
part
with more than one
return
or simply one in which
we search
another will we ask;
For each life we live
we many more will know
and if in one life we
dwell
that much more will we
miss
we so dearly have to pay!
(Part II)
Eternal changes begin
small
meeting the certain one
sure
gaining confidence
within each
stretching our boundaries
wide
finding mutual space to
grow;
Exceeding each’s
expectations
nurturing love within
without
making the two to be
one
trust/loyalty/honesty =
love
hard to achieve but of
worth;
Exploring emotions yet
unknown
severing ties with the past
going forth as if the 1st
day
allowing our moon
shadows
merging and thus
entwined;
Expressions of
wonderment
within eternal changes
occur
questions once inquired
now answering and
asking
unending the journey
begun!
