Taken to field in
which to work
putting forth effort
and sweat
bending our shoulders
to lift
bearing another’s
burden oft
tried in all things
if we’re true
never yielding to the
worldly
understanding what
needed
as our hearts have
heeded
understanding the
worldly
yet seeing the
greater view
finding our sleep
then soft
accepting Father’s
sure gift
knowing surely
storm’s abet
willingly going to do
the work!
