Smaller and smaller
the free world
only a handful of
nations still free
most hanging on by
mere threads
being devoured within
and without
parasites feeding off
of the whole
deciding the fate of
millions now
forgetting that
without freedoms
there is no tomorrow
for others
enslavement or death
decreed
making the parasites
their tools
and then to treat
them as fools
thus is our flag
endangered today
by those within and
without now
which freedoms are
sacrificed
and our flag no
longer to fly!
