Many remembering things in the past

Wherein once happiness not to last;

 

Seeing the suffering of others to often

Our hearts seared and thus to soften;

 

A lot of sadness in this world to see

How much our minds seek to flee;

 

Photos and diaries retained to remind

Allowing us in our thoughts to rewind;

 

Awakening and renewing our prayers

And thus our actions and our shares!
