What
really have all of these diverse groups gained by having same-sex marriage –
open homosexuality – gay boy scouts – tell but don’t shame – get acceptance by
law? One might guess the liberal movement would be quite beaming with
their accomplishment of forcing down their agenda’s on the Christian Right or
Conservatives within our nation. But they are not! They somehow feel letdown we
didn’t put up more of a fight – and therefore now continue to try to cause
contention within our ranks while showing some cohesion in theirs. Yet it is
just the opposite – they now are in contention with themselves in that they
should’ve asked (demanded) more than what they did. Of course there are
some village idiot’s on the right who are condemning the progress of these liberal
gains – but one might ask why?
Why
are the liberals unhappy and the village idiots unhappy? The reason is quite
simple – they were doing it anyway – without the laws – and while at the same
time many of the village idiots were complaining about anything which didn’t
meet their fancy to begin with – like wolves in sheep’s clothing. Most
involved in same sex unions were already on the public dole – getting the ‘tax
breaks’ they feel married people get – most who have other life-styles seldom according
to their ‘advertising’ don’t care what others think – but really just want the
lime-light to be upon them only.
Let’s
take the latest break through where Boy Scouts will now allow gay scouts into
their organizations – big deal – how many gays really want to be involved in
scouting – as the trend goes most likely very few – only now they’ll be
identified openly (this is a gain?). Many are going after The Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for not fighting this with more gusto –
forgetting one of the Articles of Faith of the Church is to be found obedient
to the laws of the land where they live. This is like allowing girls in boy
scouts but not allowing boys in girl scouts – how many have joined up? Much ado
about nothing – but a reason for those who like to clamor to just do it again
and again.
Sexual
Babylon has existed for millennia – accepted and rejected – even by those
actively involved being some of the loudest critics. It hasn’t changed anything
– adultery is still against the Ten Commandments and lest we forget for the
practicing Jew or Jehovah Witness – so are 603 other Commandments (can any name
even 50 of these?). How many average day Christians (or of any faith)
live their religions? Very few – unless you want to grant exceptions to
the Torah, Bible, Commandments, Koran (Qur’an), or whatever some claim to be in
usage today. How many even know what the Creeds are of what they believe – even
again the Muslims (of which some 80% are illiterate – on in a forced conversion
just to stay alive? It is doubtful while the Bible is the most owned single
book in the world outside of Islam – few if any have actually read it from
cover to cover more than once if even once!
Thus
what is this hue and cry about the Babylonian behavior of today? When one
church contends with another – they are not being in obedience to the
Commandments of God – in fact they are just minions of Satan and his followers.
The Bible is not just a maybe type of book but a series of books which are the
letter of the law to be obeyed! One must not forget those who profess the Bible
to be complete are the same ones who omitted some 3300 books from it completely
and have revised much of what they left behind for human consumption. Yet one
who does not do their own homework lives in ignorance of this and what the
implications really are to one who says, “I believe!” Prostitution, swearing,
anger, contention, confusion, justification, rationalizing are all part and
parcel of the sexual freedom – gay/lesbian – movement – nothing more or less –
we’re just repeating history. How dare the US or any other current nation think
they have anything different from Sodom and Gomorrah or Pompeii!
So
just for a change of pace why are we getting so wrapped around the ‘moral axel’
when everything which is happening was foretold by either an Old Testament, New
Testament, Book of Mormon Prophet or of those living Prophets and Apostles
today! Things will continue to get worse – much worse – however we’re to
be concerned with those things which we can control – not bemoaning the things
which we cannot control. The most important thing today for anyone who’s
seeking to return to Heavenly Father – is that of family – and truly
understanding that which can only be Sealed here on this earth. Yet most don’t
even know what I’m talking about and in line with the teachings of their
various churches could care less!
Thus
don’t worry about the agendas of those with deviant social behaviors – worry
about what are you doing to raise an eternal Celestial Family! Salvation has to
be earned – while being Saved was accomplished by the Atonement – even for
those with deviant social behaviors. Even they’ll find a place in the
resurrection be it be in the Telestial or Terrestrial or Celestial as described
by Paul. The Telestial is for those who received a mortal body and didn’t shed
innocent blood or deny the Holy Ghost – but not much more! The Terrestrial is
for those who lived more than just a base defiled life-style but did not live
up their Celestial potential. To reward many different
levels of faithfulness, there will be “many mansions” (see John 14:2). For those with the ability to
read and have access to the Scriptures – the Celestial should be the only goal
– however, most have not read the Scriptures and have not discerned what is
being taught and what they can read have substantially different meanings and
applications to their eternal salvation.
Yet
it is better to be wrapped up in whether some boy scout is gay or not –
or whether two people of the same sex can be married – one must remember the
wisdom of men/women has no standing in the wisdom of Heavenly Father. Paul
called the wisdom of man/woman logismoi (basically the same as the Greek word
rhetoric) meaning lies mingled with truth (very little). Greek philosophy which
is the mainstay of most religions has little to do with the Gospel of Jesus
Christ – much as the laws of men/women in this very wicked world.
For
a change of pace put down the newspaper – get off of the Internet – put down
the dime store novels and read the Bible – recommend the 1769 KJV – but still
and all even with all of the revisions, changes, deletions and additions most
any will get you from a to z – and open your eyes, your heart and your ears to
the teachings of the Prophets and Savior. Some might want to read the Book of
Mormon which is a Second Witness to the Savior – Jesus Christ and has only one
translator and clearly testifies of Jesus Christ – there are cross-references
to the Old and New Testament (so one can source check on their own).
Remember
– those who are pushing the various agendas which differ from the Scriptures
and the Gospel of Jesus Christ are basically just forms of deviant behavior. Satan’s
only goal is to keep you from understanding what Paul taught in Ephesians 4:4-6;
One God – One Church – One Baptism! Rather most would have you believe
that there are many churches – many forms of baptism and a God (God Head which
is incomprehensible)!
Each person is accountable first for
themselves and then for their family and then to warn their neighbors – this
warning to be done in love and understanding – by actions rather than just
words! The rather interesting thing is that most who’ve made the choice of
living by the standards of the world care less what others think – only what
they do where their clamor might get them gain, power and recognition.

wicked world
believing we’ve to
even discuss evil
is to have been
beguiled and lied to
without regard to our
ability to think
and thus to have read
for ourselves
pondering and
discerning of the truth
seeking the peace of
the Scriptures
within the Gospel of
Jesus Christ
which is the only way
to the Savior
thus the Celestial
Kingdom eternally
ignoring the worldly
change of pace
instead accepting
with a willing heart
an open mind – and a
sacred quest
to live and become
like the Father
be obedient to the
Commandments
becoming as one with
them forever!
