How often reaching
out to be denied
anger and contention
against me
blindly throwing
stones as the past
an enemy because of
truth today
reasoning without
guile or deceit
while accused of
being bad or evil
wanting only to share
what is true
(no not what I think
but actually know)
finding the ground
hard un-tillable
cast out of the
society of others
whether found as
sisters/brothers
even denied by once
my parents
an enemy because of
truth today!
