the going rates in gold
nothing else
acceptable today
paper is
worthless as credit
food in
short supply to all
fear
dwelling within homes
nothing
found in the stores
rioting
in the streets alive
cities
in fire and decaying
government
without value
spitting
on the constitution
somewhere
the sun rises
good
women - men awake
a
country rebounding again
throwing
out the evil bad
checking
the gold in hand
returning
silver and change!
