“Veils
Parted”

Having
been in the presence
of a
Prophet of the Lord
with
Apostles and Seventies
even
with great men/women
worldly
known and good
yet
again the veils parted
when
meeting Wanda now
brilliance
of love and truth
looking
not in my eyes alone
but into
my very inner being
caring
for what I would say
listening
to separate the tears
oh that
many could be like
for
within all those I know
her
place in highest esteem
with all
those I’ve known
among
the good and valiant
the
great and the honest
for when
she spoke with me
the
veils parted into truth!
