Given to
the discussion
going into
the darkness
how far
the mind wanders
seeking
to be somewhere
yet
going is the journey
unknowing
the destination
always
more than halfway
or less
than halfway there;
But as
travel is in a time
our destination ahead
quite
possibly behind
racing –
riding – walking
do we
mark a distance
or a
time within space
infinite
halves of lives
unbeginning-unending!
