We can come a distance
yet find new space ahead
each Sabbath Day passing
harder to find the next
forgetting the ones past
yet what of this one day
can we think about time
is space and distance ours
or have we squandered all
thinking of others things
forgetting the current one
gathering in our thoughts
chasing distance not there!
