Younger”

As the
years pass by
some much
faster to me
the
older-younger sets in
and I
get squeezed within;
Once
when younger brave
now more
I’ve what to lose
knowing
what to do in mind
hoping
age to now remind;
The
aging promise is fun
compromises
happening
wondering
what is next
learning
what’s a text;
Older
younger to be both
a child
in the spirit of joy
more
mature in thought
taking
naps now sought!
