changing the jibs

barometer dropping

(like a rock tis said)

sailors working hard

batten down the hatches

stow all the loose gear

one last good meal

hot and warm to hold

life belts attached

seas rising rapidly

winds blowing a gale

restless now the sea

here and there to pitch

as much in life found

boundless energy

the adversary to have

exerting upon all

winning over most

while those prepared

enduring to the end!
