Carrying centuries of ships

boundless seas to prevail

some with yesterday’s wind

some with today’s as well

then the special few knowing

tomorrow’s wind is coming

encircling the world in awe

caressing the smallest child

lifting the heaviest rocks

touching my skin reminding

of all the days of winds

carrying me to and fro

guided by the Father

were centuries of ships!
