Let’s do
it right this year
putting aside
the rhetoric
removing
the false teachings
breaking
the barriers imposed
finding
the Spirit all year
waking
all up to the Savior
reminding
each of truth
never
many religions
always
only one taught
sadly
disregarded by guile
destroying
families peace
let by
the adversary always
minions
at his bidding
those
selling their souls
mindless
of consequences
leaving
behind the poor
the
widow the orphan
selfishly
indulgences
pretending
love to show
without
obedience any
the way
it should be
each
moment each hour
each day
each month
each
year each life
eternal
families forever
accepting
the atonement
within
Father’s conditions
the way
it should be
when we
take care of all
not the
government but us
doing
all we can at home
on our
own streets
then our
communities
then our
towns/cities
understanding
freedom
has a
terrible price
first in
the Savior
then
those preserving
but
mostly in those
ignoring
all selfishly
as the
garbage heaps
within
so many hearts
found
without souls
forgetting
who they are
forgetting
their missions
to
someday return home
reporting
success or failure
the way
it should be
found in
every heart/soul
beautiful-wonderful
the way
it should be done!

Don’t
see just the splendor
within the
White House
but feel
the inner spirit
bringing
each to remember
this is
all year long found
when
men/women repent
into
selflessness for all
satan is
stymied by us
using
our agency to do right
obeying
all Commandments
not just
those we chose
not just
those we chose!)
