Over and over the years

each in turn with blessings

yet some indeed had tears

applying Gilead’s dressings;

 

Aging is both easy and hard

seeing parents pass away

loved becoming scarded

friends moving or to stay;

 

Father’s plan trying to live

from childhood to forever

our lives in service to give

eternal ties to remember;

 

Mind boggling to be older

turning 70 just this day

more blessings to shoulder

so much for to repay!
