Picking
up from yesterday one cannot quite leave John Taylor alone. He was a very big
man and had an excellent singing voice. He was in the Jail at Carthage when the
Prophet Joseph Smith, Jr. was murdered by the mob.

in so doing did one
thing
he bore Joseph’s
testimony
one last time while alive
and then in spite of
size
he came out unwounded
as he’d been told
by the Prophet Joseph!
