Understanding of the why we are

there’d be USA without one thing

equality in voting on all three levels

thus did the Founding Father’s know

two hotly contested items of the how

representation and population seen

thus were the items of importance

the Congress had certain rights

the Senate were given certain rights

the States had all rights without writing

withheld from the Federal Government

(TR and others changed this part –

taking anything not assigned as theirs)

but how to elect and preserve rights

population – equal representation

to Congress was given population

to the Senate – only two per state

now for the Presidency to decide

popular vote would be VA/NY/MA

all would be decided by biggest

(today CA and NY-mostly with

industrial high population states)

this would never work – never

Founding Father’s knew this truism

therefore another way – new way

a distribution of Electoral votes

divided among all the states

then and now – still in effect

allowing small – medium – large

each to have a voice in toto’

no other way to approve a nation

thus there would be nothing

no Constitution – or Union

leaving individual states by self

able to make treaties and laws

without order or any organization

truth fair and square mostly unknown

but now you know to pass it on

this was divinely inspired for USA

each Founding Father testified

to these truths – fair and square!

We’d have no USA if it weren’t for the Electoral College! DE, RI, GA, VT, NH, to name just five would’ve never signed on! They said so in the convention. Popular vote for the House – proportionate to population for the Senate and the Electoral College for the Executive!

However, as per normal never taught – never known – and most don’t care.
