By governing the tongue, we gain perfection—Heavenly wisdom is pure, peaceable, and full of mercy.

“Such A Small Thing”

Speaking once words pure

simple one syllable types

graduating into three or four

even making a sentence

they with age or immaturity

into the four letter variety

while others actually talk

making communications

such a small thing words

msm hasn’t used in years

while some tell no lies

others mix and match often

too many causing strife

bitter envy and hatred

spitting forth unfiltered

without wisdom or hope

such a small thing to be

striving to be worldly

forgetting a royal birth!

James 3:14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.

 15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

 16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

 18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
