Years ago it seems like

policeman taught me

baseball and other skills

taking time just for me

but that was long ago

when people were good

few were predators evil

there were one or two

stealing innocence

while most were good

taking time to teach

coming to one’s aid

protecting rights of all

years ago long away

now drawing guns quick

denying human rights

backed by judges/DA’s

senators screaming

committing crimes

American’s must quit

be arrested-interned

fattening their pockets

Chinese money belts

decay in the WH too

different than a dream

of a child of the 50’s

understanding gone

evil now the rule

rights the exception

as so long ago!
