Great council given
‘leave it alone’
when struggling today
someone’s wronged you
things are bad at work
just no time to be found
sometimes unknowingly
we forget to get on knees
leaving our room empty
cankering our hearts
struggles beyond control
then turn to the Father
listen to the Scriptures
invite soothing balm
take the things able
make the corrections
take the things unable
and obey the council
‘leave it alone’
obedience the balm!
