Bouncing and pounding
a path
sometimes
free-falling in space
others in streams and
rivers
landslides and
volcano’s fury
violently
abused by all nature
till found no longer
roughened
more and more rounded
found
when finally resting
for a time
smooth and almost
polished
such is each of us in
mortality
enduring all or being
destroyed!
