Seeking to destroy
freedom
greedy for power and
wealth
illusive in their
beguilements
creating crisis after
crisis
slanting the
reporting of all
leaving images on the
mind
espousing tyranny as
just
favoring the many but
a few
alluding to the
future change
while demeaning the
present
forgetting the past
of history
selfishness and
avarice
espousing tyranny as
freedom!
