The sun rising warmly
slowly lifting daylight
hanging some haze
birds awakening
dew on the grass
sometimes snow
fog scurries about
warmth and cold
meeting in-between
quickly to kneel
thankfully-gratefully
preparing for church
knowing Sunday morning
is the Sabbath Day
a day of remembering
the Father and Son!
