Really
did you count them
the tarnished
spoons each
representing
a colony once
based on
religion and truth
faith to
start something new
never
heard and brand new
a
Constitutional form of law
taken
from the best of best
today
where are they found
tarnished
and some lost
taken
over by the worldly
disregarding
the real law
did you
count them each
like you
and I to be found
tarnished
forever and ever
or
seeking the polisher
to be
counted once more!
