Calling all ye fair weather’s

cruising in calm seas

lurking ever under vision

heading for far away quick

whenever tribulations come

calling oneself Christian

yet obeying which laws

found wavering to peers

fair weather sailors to be

unable to stand to trouble

unable to set the example

calling upon each of us

this Sabbath Day come

face the boils as did Job

face the impediments

as did Moses and others

seek the refiners fire

setting the example quiet

not in the streets found

but inside yourselves

each of us to look within

can we batten hatches

withstanding the storm

setting the sea anchor

wearing our safety belts

(the armor of our God)

cruising the seven seas

feeling the buffetings

each day of the week

but most on the Sabbath

in worldly violation!
