fumes
filling the air breathed
water’s
polluted totally stink
famine
creeping over all
slowly
squeezing away life
first
to lose speech/voice
hearing
and feelings next
toxic
the environment found
seeking
mithridate quickly
while
the master ignoring
the
toll rises quickly now
poisoned
within by self
playing
in the toxic waste
a
nation and society in need!
