behind the wheel
turning
on the ignition
idling
the engine warm
checking
all of the mirrors
looking
out all windows
perfection
driving today
doesn’t
last very long
as in
our lives imperfect
driving
is one of them
rolling
stop signs
failing
to yield some
a bit
over the speed
behind
the wheel today!
