One must be willing to endure

Apostles knew this quite well

giving their lives never wavering

Prophets each have understood

each till their dying breath

only those who endure can know

testifying of the truths given

while the worldly endure not

giving in to lusts and greed

denying eternal life with family

denying the Testaments known

while those who seek to know

with an open heart and mind

pure and virtuous will know

what enduring to the end means!
