Coming
up for air to breathe
taking the
moment breaking
from the
depth to surfaces
back to
the winds for sure
clearing
the water gasping
quick
the breathe then down
over and
over repetitive to do
nearer
to the shore safety
coming
up and going down
survival
swimming in storms
more
dearly we’ve to pay
knowing
there’s the shore
enduring
to the end forever
coming
up for air to breathe!
