Today is the Sabbath Day

there are two options here

act or be acted upon

there are two types known

things which are acted upon

things which act on the things

which are we to be found

as the tree in the woods

having no choice when cut

or even the food we choose

for people act upon things

things knee jerk to people

then eventually it worsens

people react to other people

drugs, alcohol, selfishness

while those found obedient

to the Commandments of God

 today is the Sabbath Day

where will you be found

one’s with agency to act

or those surrendering freedom

becoming those acted upon!
