Got caught up just today
inside a washing machine
more likely a tornado
but could’ve been more
a hurricane – typhoon
bouncing about lost
time forgetting balance
unable to even hang on
swirling faces to mistake
water spouts towering
down drafts to scare
bouncing about today
without roots or anchors!
