Tis the Sabbath Day for to rest

taking time to read and ponder

studying doctrine in Scriptures

going back into the time of old

hearing Paul, Isaiah and Peter

listening to Moses and James

spending time with Nephi/Alma

but most of all to travel with all

going where the Savior went

and thus understanding self

in somber reflections today

why we’re here – where from

where we might go if worthy

for this is the Sabbath Day

and there is a Commandment

that we’re to keep it holy all!
