The word hypocrisy comes from the Greek ὑπόκρισις (hypokrisis), which means "jealous", "play-acting", "acting out", "coward" or "dissembling".^[3]

Our nation in the throes drunken

cast about by foolish hypocrisy

politicians and pimps all alike

portending to benefit the public

while prostituting the innocent

with satan in a foul covenant

beguiling not only themselves

sadly their hypocrisy to destroy

and our Constitution first to go

while having sworn an oath

to its protection for all to know!
