“Wheat and Chaff” (and thought)

“Seriously, it was something else this election accomplished - if one is familiar with the Scriptures and separating the wheat from the chaff - everyone who cast vote cannot now withdraw their votes - it is forever recorded where it counts most - did you choose the dole, abortions, gay rights, anti-God programs, thus one can see the wheat from the chaff being separated - there has to be ways for people to do this on their own as regards to themselves - and this is one way of it being done.  The notes have been made in eternal entries – however, for us who choose – not to endorse those programs or agenda’s we too will be accountable for what we do now.  Will we bemoan the results – become pessimistic – or will we continue to choose the right – to be optimistic – doing good and remember the poor, the widow, the orphan and the naked and hungry?  Each and every one will have to endure trials as did both Abraham and Job – will we have the Faith to endure positively?  Anyone can talk a good game – but very few can both talk and walk in the good path.  If one believes we’re now closer to the last days – then the Scriptures tell us that there will be separating of the wheat from the chaff – or good from the evil – two will be in a field and one will be taken.  Which will we be – found with the wheat or with the chaff.  What we do – what we say – where we are found – why we do what we do – will measure us for the harvest and none will be able to say they didn’t know.”  c/ork

On the trashing floor found
beaten both wheat and chaff
separating one from the other
sometimes sister and brother
a child from its father/mother
unable to complain or excuse
their life’s work done as good
or found lacking in oft abuse
not will one complain the result
understanding offering no insult
wheat and chaff on the floor
or blown away in the air today
choices made and recorded
all of our mortal yesterdays
at the probation bar reported!
