Sweeping
the valley below
searching
out hiding places
where could
be an ambush
what and
where the enemy
amid
such splendor death
misting
in the air fragrance
yet
putting aside emotions
a valley
of decision awaited
movement
or was it nothing
better
to wait and ponder
where
are the bird sounds
searching
out my inner soul
within
the deepest thought
searching
out hiding places
sweeping
the valley below!
