So many
trading away freedom
giving away
responsibilities
throwing
away accountabilities
endangering
acceptance’s chains
slavery
by any name is bondage
watching
so many in our nation
trailing
behind another master
willing
to do nothing for all
becoming
sick like you
within
the apathy of many
claiming
racism rights mobs
as a
cancer eating away life
so many
trading away freedom!
