Lulling memories hum
a lilting hollow sound
darkness’s first capture
brilliant star diamonds
attracting ones attention
but then the humming
a lilting hollow sound
drifting endless miles
heard only by a few
strangers wandering
un-lost in the night
skeletons of the past
desert winds traversing
a lilting hollow sound
lulling memories hum!
