Sometimes
slime enters within
decaying
and smelling everything
unwilling
to leave something pure
never
going after other evils
seeking
to bring all to their level
lower
and lower into darkness
despoiling
and corrupting
sadly
the lemmings follow
integrated
into the cesspool
called
worldly and all alone
unable –
unwilling
to leave
well enough alone!
