Standing watching lightning
streets running by
insane
gangs without controls
old people young beaten
police watching
standing
chaos and havoc about
as figures in real time
1930’s in Russia here
cheering from others
encouraging violence
protecting the elite
fools
destroying their nation
killing the people’s
will
I was there once more
only here today seeing
dreams no longer felt
history repeating in
color
elderly thrown in mud
women trashed by same
insanity on the edge
political deceptions
destroying freedoms
destroying our nation
defecating on our laws
all for power of pelf
walking free in sight
immune to prosecution
senators-congresspersons
encouraging insanity
to regain power always
knowing once is all needed
I was here in history
long ago returned
today!
