“A Proxy When We Are Gone”

When we wait too long to share
what happens no longer here
can we tell them through veil
or find a family member to do
a proxy when we are gone
too late for the joy to be had
knowing the Gospel is here
waiting to be shared always
too slow to feel the spirit
now having to wait a year
maybe even longer found
for them/us eternally bound!
