Awakening
each day my sight
hearing
morning birds calling
feeling
the blush of sleep
amazed
at having more time
how much
can I see today
discerning
between peaking
my minds
able to penetrate
wherein
the wonders found
once
off-limits to me bound
better
today to concentrate
my
covenants all keeping
awakening
with time to pray
special leading
to new clime
able unashamed
to weep
into the
reality now falling
ever
brightening the light!
